Charlotte Burroughs

Charlotte is an Associate in the Commercial and Technology team and has experience in advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters, software and technology agreements, data protection, intellectual property and other commercial contracts.

Charlotte loves working alongside businesses to give commercial and pragmatic advice which helps them achieve their commercial objectives. Clients have in the past praised her for her ability to explain complex legal matters in a way that they can easily understand.

Charlotte trained at a law firm in Guildford and qualified in 2018, after which she worked at Field Seymour Parkes LLP in Reading. During that time, Charlotte also undertook a lengthy secondment to a well known automative manufacturer, and a more recent secondment at a large UK security firm. She has experience in advising clients from a wide range of sectors and from small businesses through to larger corporations.

Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. She loves long walks in the countryside or the mountains as well as indoor climbing at her local climbing centre.
