Charlotte is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. She has 10 years of knowledge gleaned from experience with firms across London and the Thames Valley. Charlotte works with clients whose needs vary from trust and estate administration, to the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney or advice on lifetime estate planning.

Her capabilities across many areas of private client work allow Charlotte to provide a holistic approach to assisting clients and their families. She guides clients throughout the developments in each matter- advising, preparing documents, managing third parties and throughout, ensuring clients are updated and have a good understanding of the work being carried out on their behalf.

This is particularly helpful when working with clients to personalise their estate planning and prepare for the future; not only might this include legacy planning by way of clear, well-structured Wills or trusts (and thus safeguarding future generations) but also includes preparation of Powers of Attorney to ensure that clients maintain as much control as possible over their finances and health throughout their lives.

Charlotte offers an empathetic, straight-forward approach to those who require assistance after the carefully constructed planning comes into use – Executors, Trustees, Attorneys, families and loved ones will receive a high level of expertise, matched by an understanding of the complications and confusion that can arise during these difficult times. Charlotte’s goal is to ensure all parties feel satisfied they have received the utmost care and attention, thereby producing optimal results.

Charlotte is a full member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having achieved this professional diploma in 2022. She is also a Lifetime Lawyer with the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) reflecting her ability to provide personalised services to all clients, including those who may be vulnerable or require additional specialist guidance.

Outside of work, Charlotte is a netball captain in her local league and enjoys running and baking.
