Chris is head of the corporate team and advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactional and general company law matters.
He worked in the London office of a UK international firm prior to joining Boyes Turner in 2012.
Chris acts for both national and international clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups, angel investors and SMEs to listed companies. With a particular focus on M&A, he advises both buyers and sellers across a number of business sectors and works closely with clients to advise them on all aspects of their transactions.
Most recently, Chris has advised a number of US-parented multinationals on significant acquisitions across the UK and Europe, with many involving a cross-border element.
