Chris is Partner and Head of the Corporate team and advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactional and general company law matters.

He joined Boyes Turner in 2012 and acts for both national and international clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups, angel investors and SMEs to listed companies. With a particular focus on M&A, he advises both buyers and sellers across a number of business sectors and works closely with clients to advise them on all aspects of their transactions.

Most recently Chris has advised a number of multinational organisations on significant acquisitions across the UK and Europe, with many involving a cross-border element and he has also worked with a number of business owners in the tech sector on high-value disposals. 

Chris utilises his extensive deal experience to deliver commercially-focused, pragmatic advice to his clients. He takes a collaborative approach on every transaction in order to facilitate deal processes.

Outside of work, Chris spends his time with his young family and enjoys playing sport and cooking.
