Emily Neale is a Partner and Head of the Residential Property team. She has 13 years of experience and is recognised for her expertise in handling high value and complex property transactions.

Emily acts for a broad range of clients from high net worth individuals to investors, trusts, and companies. She has built strong relationships with leading estate agents and other key professionals, helping to provide a seamless service. She works closely with our private client and real estate teams, so all aspects of often complex transactions can be covered.

Much of Emily’s experience is in buying and selling prime residential properties within the Thames Valley, London, and sought after locations across England and Wales.

Whether it is securing the sale of a multi-million pound town house in central London or the purchase of a listed country house in the heart of the Cotswolds, Emily provides more than just legal advice, but operates as a strategic Partner for her clients and their agents.

Emily is passionate about leading a team which provides an exceptional conveyancing service to all of its clients. Conveyancing has to keep with the times, and it is of utmost important to Emily that the team is at the forefront of innovation. 

Emily qualified as a solicitor in 2014.

Emily likes to keep fit and train for fitness events. Training is squeezed in around looking after her young daughter and travelling to see family and friends. Much of Emily’s extended family is French, and so she is learning the language alongside her daughter.
