Emma is a Paralegal in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team, having joined in August 2025 from a regional firm in Hampshire. She has worked in the wills and probate sector since 2022, after graduating from the University of Reading with a First-Class Honours degree in Law. She provides support to the Wills, Trusts and Probate solicitors on all matters relating to estate administration, wills and lasting powers of attorney.

Emma has experience in the administration of both taxable and non-taxable complex estates. She has also assisted with the administration of estates that include cross-border elements such as overseas assets or beneficiaries.

She prides herself on her empathetic approach when working with clients going through a bereavement, ensuring a balance of sensitivity and professionalism.

In her spare time Emma attends various military re-enactment events across the country with her partner, as part of three Living History groups. She is also an avid reader and enjoys attending live  events and concerts whenever she can.
