Our Corporate team advises businesses and individuals across the full spectrum of legal issues driving corporate transactions - from initial investment through to further business growth and development funding.
Emma is an Associate-Solicitor in the Corporate team at Boyes Turner. She trained at a leading national law firm before qualifying as a solicitor in March 2022.
Emma has experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (advising on both buy and sell side), group re-organisations and general corporate governance
She studied law at the University of York before completing her legal practice course with the University of Law in Manchester. Since qualifying as a solicitor, Emma has developed a particular focus and expertise in the hospitality and logistics sectors.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling and hobbies such as ice-skating and ballet.
