Emma Dye is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate team at Boyes Turner. Emma has experience advising a diverse range of clients on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (acting on both buy-side and sell-side transactions), group reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, investments, and general corporate governance matters (including articles of association, shareholders’ agreements and incorporations). She supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of a transaction, from initial structuring and due diligence through to negotiation, documentation and completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and with a clear commercial focus.

She works closely with businesses of varying sizes, from growing companies to established corporate groups, providing pragmatic, solutions-driven advice that aligns with their strategic objectives.
