Maizie White is a Paralegal in in Boyes Turner’s Family team. Maizie has experience assisting clients across a range of family matters, with a particular focus on domestic abuse and private children’s proceedings. She has supported clients with applications for non-molestation orders and child arrangement order, helping them navigate what are often complex and emotionally challenging circumstances.
Maizie is committed to providing a compassionate and client-focused service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their matter. As a Paralegal in the Family team, Maizie assists with a range of family law matters, including preparing court applications and legal documents, liaising with clients and third parties and supporting solicitors.
Maizie is motivated by helping clients through what can be some of the most difficult periods of their lives. She is passionate about ensuring clients feel listened to and supported throughout the legal process. She is looking forward to continuing to develop her expertise and further matters within Family Law.
Whilst at University, Maizie worked a family contact centre, supporting and supervising contact sessions between children and family members where contact would not otherwise have been possible. This role developed her understanding of the importance of safeguarding, child welfare and practical challenges families can face during relationship breakdowns.
