Megan Levey is a Trainee Solicitor, currently in Boyes Turner’s Medical Negligence team. She supports clients and colleagues on a wide range of medical negligence claims, assisting individuals and families who have been affected by negligent medical treatment. Working closely with experienced members of the team, Megan is developing her expertise in this complex area of law while helping to ensure clients receive a supportive, responsive and high-quality service throughout their claim.
Megan supports the Medical Negligence team on a broad range of complex claims, assisting with both legal and expert research, approaching and instructing experts and the preparation of documentation required throughout the claims process. She works closely with clients, medical experts and other professionals involved in a case, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently and that clients remain informed and supported throughout their claim. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help the wider team build strong cases and deliver a seamless service to clients.
