Natalie is an Associate-Solicitor within the Employment team and has experience advising employers and employees on a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Natalie specialises in advising on complex workplace issues and Employment Tribunal disputes, with particular experience in matters involving discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and employee relations issues. She works closely with employers, HR teams and individuals to provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice on sensitive workplace situations, helping clients manage legal, operational and reputational risk effectively. Natalie also supports clients on strategic workforce matters including redundancies, restructures and settlement negotiations, ensuring issues are handled efficiently while protecting wider business and personal objectives.
