Nicola is the Head of Risk and Compliance at Boyes Turner. Nicola works to ensure best practice and compliance across the firm as required by the SRA. Championing a culture of compliance throughout the firm and ensuring compliance with our external regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Nicola has been working in law firms since graduating from Solent University with an LLB Law (hons) in 2002. Most notably spending nearly 10 years as the Risk and Compliance Manager of a multi-office, nationwide firm, specialising in Conveyancing.
Nicola is also a Magistrate and currently sits on the Avon and Somerset Bench.
