Renika Jassal

Renika is a Solicitor in the Residential Property team, assisting clients with their residential conveyancing needs.  She qualified as a Solicitor this year however, she has many years of pre-qualification experience working as a Paralegal in Hertfordshire. Renika has experience in dealing with a variety of transactions for various clients.

She is keen to assist all clients with their conveyancing needs, whether they are first time buyers, company clients or property developers. She has dealt with many transactions in England and Wales, using her good communication skills to build good relations with all parties in a transaction to ensure a swift and efficient progression.

Renika has dealt with residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, along with transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

She cycled the length of Hadrian's Wall which is 102 miles to raise money for a Lymphoma cancer charity.
