Richard Pulford

Richard is a Senior Associate - Solicitor in the Property Disputes team. He specialises in commercial and residential disputes covering areas including statutory commercial lease extensions, dilapidation disputes/negotiations, complex defended possession matters, high value deposit disputes, HMO licensing and enforcement and disrepair claims

Richard has a varied caseload with the main focus being on assessing what his client’s main goals out of the situation are, empathising with their position and assessing the most commercially effective way of achieving that goal.

Richard writes featured articles for many industry newsletters and has had an article published in the Law Society ‘Property in Practice’ magazine.

Richard has also carried out regular training for landlords and managing agents often organised by national regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with their legal responsibilities.

Richard is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
