Sovina Kaur works as a Paralegal in the Boyes Turner Residential Property team, with experience supporting residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.

She collaborate with fee earners to assist in the sale and purchases of properties and facilitate the smooth execution of residential transactions. Sovina acts as an integral point of contact with clients through keeping them updated throughout the case enabling the orderly progression of transaction.

Sovina also conducts due diligence on residential property transactions, including title review, property searches and contract documentation to identify legal risks and adhere to compliance before exchange and completion.

Sovina is also passionate about volunteering and making a positive contribution to the wider community. She has taken part in a number of volunteering initiatives, including helping to renovate and decorate residential properties, maintaining communal gardens and painting homes for local residents. These experiences have given her a greater appreciation of the importance a home can have for individuals and families, complementing her work in residential property and reinforcing the value she places on supporting others.
