He also specialises in planning and infrastructure agreements, joint venture arrangements, funding structures and secured lending which have seen him develop a growing reputation as one of the go to legal advisers for residential developers in the Thames Valley and beyond.
William has also developed niche expertise acting for clients in the adult social care sector.
William is the head of the Development & House Building Team and oversees the Firm’s plot sales services.
