Daisy Fox-Clarkin is a Paralegal in Boyes Turner’s Community Care and Court of Protection teams. Drawing on her experience supporting children, young people, and vulnerable adults, Daisy assists clients across a range of matters involving special educational needs, community care, mental capacity, and welfare issues.

Daisy supports the Community Care team across a broad range of Education and Court of Protection matters. Her work includes assisting with Special Educational Needs (SEN) appeals, Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan disputes, community care assessments, mental capacity matters, welfare applications, and Court of Protection proceedings. She plays an important role in case preparation, legal research, drafting documents, liaising with professionals and public bodies, and supporting the team in achieving positive outcomes for clients. Through her attention to detail and commitment to client care, Daisy helps ensure that vulnerable children, young people, and adults receive the support and services they require.

Daisy brings a thoughtful, organised, and client-focused approach to her work, helping to ensure that clients receive efficient and effective support throughout their matter. She understands that Education, Community Care, and Court of Protection cases often involve individuals and families facing significant challenges, and she is committed to helping make the legal process as clear and accessible as possible.
