Caitlin Treacy

Caitlin is a Graduate Licensed Conveyancer in the Boyes Turner Residential Property team.  

Caitlin supports clients across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and transfers of equity. She is involved in matters from initial instruction through to completion, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

She works closely with colleagues, clients, estate agents and lenders to coordinate each stage of the process and maintain clear communication throughout. Caitlin is committed to delivering a responsive and client-focused service, helping to make the conveyancing process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Currently developing her expertise as she progresses towards qualification, Caitlin combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach and a keen attention to detail.
