We have one of the largest commercial litigation teams in the region. We act for both claimants and defendants and combine legal expertise with pragmatism to deliver straight talking advice.
Annabel is a solicitor in the dispute resolution team. Annabel specialises in commercial litigation, advising on a variety of commercial disputes and pursuing and defending claims of variable values. Annabel has a particular interest in IT and Technology disputes.
Annabel supports senior lawyers in the group on a variety of higher value complex litigation disputes.
Annabel trained at Boyes Turner before qualifying in March 2022. Alongside her training contract, Annabel was awarded a distinction in the BPP commercial legal practice master’s programme and placed third in the CEDR national student negotiation competition. Annabel retains a keen interest in mediation and settling disputes by way of alternative dispute resolution methods (ADR) and is a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
