Annabel is an Associate Solicitor in the dispute resolution team specialising in commercial litigation.

Annabel represents a range of clients from individuals to multinational corporations, pursuing and defending claims of variable values. Annabel has experience in disputes involving breach of contract, restrictive covenants, trusts, professional negligence, shareholder/director, intellectual property and IT-related litigation. She advises businesses and individuals on complex, high-value matters, combining strong technical expertise with a practical, commercial approach to resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.

Annabel is recognised for her strategic approach and commitment to achieving favourable outcomes for her clients. Committed to providing exceptional client service, Annabel maintains open communication, provides clear and practical advice, and ensures her clients are well-informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Annabel trained at Boyes Turner before qualifying in March 2022. Alongside her training contract, Annabel was awarded a distinction in the BPP commercial legal practice master’s programme and placed third in the CEDR national student negotiation competition. Annabel retains a keen interest in mediation and settling disputes by way of alternative dispute resolution methods (ADR) and is a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
