Cara Groves

Cara is a solicitor in the Development and House Building team. She trained and qualified at a regional firm in Hampshire where she worked for 18 months in their Real Estate team advising on general commercial property sales, acquisitions and lettings, a variety of development and strategic land transactions. 

Cara supports senior lawyers on larger and more complex sites. She is motivated to build a strong rapport with her clients and strives to ensure she is an easily accessible point of contact throughout the process.

Outside of work, Cara enjoys running, open water swimming in the summer months, travelling with her partner and has recently taken up playing squash.
