Cara is a solicitor in our Development and House Building team. She joined Boyes Turner in 2023 having completed her Development and Commercial Property focused training during which she serviced a wide variety of clients from landowners on a one-time sale to developers and landlords with large scale sites and portfolios.
Cara continues to specialise in Development and acts on the full lifecycle of a site from acquisition and finance through to setting up the site for sales. She also supports senior lawyers on the larger and more complex sites, including strategic land.
Cara is motivated to build a strong rapport with her clients and has developed a reputation for being easily accessible for both clients and contacts throughout a transaction, as well as being efficient and commercially pragmatic.
Outside of work, Cara enjoys running, open water swimming (in the summer), travelling with her partner and more recently, to her partner’s dismay, DIY projects.
