Duncan Kay is a Partner and corporate solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Corporate team. He advises business owners, companies, shareholders, investors and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, succession planning, employee ownership trusts, shareholder arrangements and other corporate law matters.

With over 12 years’ experience, Duncan provides pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to clients at every stage of their business journey, from growth and investment through to restructuring, ownership transition and exit. He regularly advises on domestic and international M&A, management buyouts, private equity-backed investments, joint ventures, EMI options, family investment companies and corporate governance arrangements.
