Elise Catchpole

Elise Catchpole is a paralegal in Boyes Turner’s Corporate team where she plays a key role in supporting clients with their ongoing corporate compliance, governance and company secretarial requirements. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s corporate compliance and registered office services, helping businesses ensure that their statutory obligations are met accurately, efficiently and on time. Elise also undertakes new company incorporations such as companies needed for transactions, smaller start-ups and property management companies, working with the property team to ensure these are set up and handed over effectively.

Elise works closely with a broad range of clients, from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to established companies, groups and internationals that have a UK presence, providing practical and responsive support on all aspects of company administration. Her role includes maintaining statutory registers, preparing and filing Companies House forms, monitoring key filing deadlines and assisting clients in staying compliant with their ongoing corporate obligations. She also supports clients with new company incorporations, helping businesses establish the appropriate structures from the outset and ensuring the incorporation process runs smoothly and efficiently.
