Ellena Balshaw

Ellena is a specialist Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential Property team. She has significant experience across all aspects of residential property transactions, whether clients are buying their first home, remortgaging, or buying and selling family properties and high net worth residences.

Ellena also specialises in both statutory and voluntary lease extension matters and handles probate‑related property sales with sensitivity and efficiency. She approaches every matter with precision, professionalism and genuine care, ensuring clients feel fully supported and well‑informed throughout the entire process.

As a conveyancing specialist, Ellena knows the true essence of what it means to be a legal advisor, delivering a tailored, professional, and efficient experience for every client. Outside of work, Ellena enjoys staying active through netball. She also cherishes her role as an auntie, spending quality time with her young niece and nephew whenever possible.
