Isabelle is a Solicitor in our Court of Protection team. She advises on the management of property and financial affairs for individuals who lack capacity to make decisions for themselves, often due to serious injury or illness. Her practice focuses on supporting clients with complex needs frequently where a personal injury or clinical negligence claim is involved.

She works closely with families, deputies, case managers, therapists and care teams to ensure that her clients achieve the best possible quality of life, whilst promoting their independence and ensuring long- term financial security.

Isabelle began her legal career in 2019 as a Court of Protection paralegal and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2024. After qualification, she gained experience in medical negligence litigation before returning to Court of Protection work, where her background across both areas brings a holistic understanding of her clients' circumstances.

She holds a History degree from the University of York and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.

Isabelle is known for her empathetic and practical approach, providing reassurance and clarity to families navigating complex and often sensitive situations. She is committed to building strong, lasting relationships with clients and professionals alike.
