Isabelle Corbett is a Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Court of Protection team. She advises on the management of property and financial affairs for individuals who lack capacity to make decisions for themselves, often due to serious injury or illness. Her practice focuses on supporting clients with complex needs frequently where a personal injury or clinical negligence claim is involved.

Isabelle advises on a wide range of Court of Protection matters relating to the ongoing management of clients’ financial affairs needs. Her work includes supporting deputyship administration, managing substantial compensation awards, coordinating payments for care, rehabilitation and accommodation, and assisting with the purchase and adaptation of properties to meet clients’ long-term needs. She regularly liaises with financial advisers, case managers, care providers and therapists to help ensure clients receive appropriate support and that their affairs are managed efficiently and in their best interests.
