Jessica is a chartered legal executive in the employment team, providing legal support and assistance to clients on a range of employment law areas from drafting contracts and policies to advising on dismissals, redundancies and Employment Tribunal claims.
In addition, Jessica is also a member of the Business Immigration team, specialising in advising clients on right to work issues, obtaining Sponsor Licences, Skilled Worker visas and other sponsorship routes.
Her particular areas of specialty within the employment field include working with the care sector and Boyes Turner’s Court of Protection team. She also specialises in processing and responding to Data Subject Access Requests.
Jessica assisted in the reported equal pay case of Butt –v- Reading Borough Council [2020] EWCA Civ 1642 at the Court of Appeal (Civil Division).
Jessica is a regular contributor to Boyes Turner e-newsletter People in Focus.
Jessica is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX) and a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.
