Jess O’Shea White is a Trainee Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Family team, supporting clients on a broad range of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, children arrangements and pre and post-nuptial agreements. She works closely with clients throughout what can often be complex and emotionally sensitive situations, providing practical, empathetic and client-focused support tailored to their individual circumstances and objectives.
Jess supports clients throughout all stages of the divorce and separation process, whether assisting from the outset or helping individuals who have already begun proceedings independently. She works closely with clients to understand their personal circumstances, priorities and long-term objectives.
Her experience includes preparing and managing the key legal and procedural aspects of family law matters, including financial disclosure documentation, court applications and supporting paperwork relating to financial settlements and children arrangements. Jess also assists with matters involving pre and post-nuptial agreements and wider family law issues, helping clients navigate sensitive situations with clarity, care and professionalism.
Jess is known for her organised, empathetic and proactive approach, providing clients with responsive support and clear communication. By combining attention to detail with a practical and client-focused mindset, she helps clients feel informed and supported while ensuring matters progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
As part of her training, Jess joined the Residential Property team, gaining valuable insight into the areas of overlap between Family and Property. She developed a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and the practical demands of property transactions, while also recognising how family matters often intersect with property issues.
