Kerry Pardoe

Kerry is a Conveyancing Executive in the residential property team, working closely with both major developers and private individuals. She has been working in this area since 1996.

Kerry's role focuses on conveyancing and running new-build purchases on behalf of private clients who are recommended by developers. New build transactions demand insight, precision, and speed - and that’s where Kerry excels.

Kerry is often the recommended lawyer for purchasers and she takes the time to get to know a site in detail often right at the inception as developers also know Kerry for her skills and expertise. This means she can really guide buyers through as she will usually know a site inside out before she is instructed.

As part of our full-service law firm in the Thames Valley, Kerry works closely with colleagues in areas such as planning, private client, and dispute resolution to ensure clients receive joined-up advice that anticipates their wider needs.

Kerry has been working in property for over 30 years and has gained much experience over all aspects of property law.

Kerry is a very keen Golfer and during 2024 she was Ladies’ Captain of The Caversham the home of Reading Golf Club. Kerry loves to read when she has the time and support local charities where she can. As an avid baker, she can often be seen baking in the Kitchen for any cakes stalls to raise funds for Charity. Kerry and her Husband love to go on golfing holidays all over the world but their favourite place to golf is Mauritius.
