Maria Hobbs is a Paralegal in Boyes Turner’s Court of Protection team, where she supports solicitors in the day-to-day management of Court of Protection files. Her work includes supporting vulnerable individuals and their families across a range of financial and property matters, ensuring their best interests are protected and their needs are met. Maria is dedicated to delivering practical, efficient and compassionate support to clients and their families through often complex and sensitive circumstances.

Maria supports clients across a range of Court of Protection matters involving the management of financial and property affairs of vulnerable individuals who lack capacity to make decisions for themselves. Her work includes assisting with client day to day administration, preparing documents, preparing court applications, liaising with families, care providers and third parties, and helps to coordinate day-to-day matters to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently.
