Nick has led his team since 2008 and is recognised as a leader in his field by both The Legal 500 and Chambers. Nick prides himself on developing close long term business relationships based upon his ethos of giving helpful prompt advice and for getting deals done on time and within budget. He deals with all aspects of commercial property transactions for a large range of national and international companies in many sectors, including tech, engineering, media and telecoms, life sciences, retail, investment, logistics & distribution, religious organisations and other charitable or not for profit entities.
Having started his career in London, he has been particularly successful in helping clients, that have historically used City based law firms, achieve better value for money. Nick has developed a specialist practice managing portfolios of properties for large corporate clients, working very closely with their in-house legal teams and with their other external advisors. He has also used the increasingly competitive market-place to pitch for and win work from London and national competitors.
