Rachael McAnulty

Rachael McAnulty is a Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Employment team and provides tailored advice to clients on all contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law and personnel matters.

Rachael provides both legal and practical support on issues including dismissals, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, and day-to-day HR matters. She also advises on employment contracts and workplace policies and procedures. Rachael regularly supports employers in complex Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Rachael supports businesses through sensitive workplace issues with practical and commercially-focused advise. She takes the time to understand each client’s business, workforce challenges and commercial priorities. She works closely with HR teams and managers on investigations, performance concerns, misconduct allegations and employee complaints, helping clients follow fair and compliant procedures while reducing legal, operational and reputational risk, maintaining positive employee relations and minimising disruption to day-to-day operations.
