Rachael is a solicitor in our Employment team and is able to advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Rachael joins the Employment team, having qualified in 2024 at a Thames Valley firm. Prior to qualifying, she worked as a paralegal dealing mainly with employment law matters, and as an in-house legal assistant at a multinational retailer.
Rachael graduated with a 2:1 degree in Law from the University of East Anglia. She then went on to gain a Distinction in her LPC/Masters in Law qualifications at the University of Law in 2022, where she was awarded Best Full-Time LPC Student 2021-2022 Reading campus.
Rachael is currently the Social Secretary of the Junior Lawyers Division for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire.
