Ricky Chahal

Ricky is a Associate Chartered Legal Executive in our Commercial Property team. He joined Boyes Turner in 2023, after initially training at a national firm where he worked very closely with corporate landlord clients on large-scale property acquisitions. Ricky then finalised his qualification at a regional firm working in their Business Services team where he was exposed to a wide variety of matters.

Since then, Ricky has continued to specialise in transactional commercial property matters and has serviced a strong portfolio of clients including local businesses, colleges, housing developers, foreign investors, and UK subsidiaries of international companies. Ricky has also assisted his commercial clients with their agricultural and development work.

Ricky prides himself on providing a good service to clients and is motivated by achieving commercially sound and pragmatic results.
