Sally Searle

Sally is a senior paralegal in the residential conveyancing department. Sally first came to law in 2008 when she worked for a multi practice firm. She started her CILEX training in 2009 and became an ACILEX in 2011.

As a focussed paralegal, Sally deals with file opening and ID matters on files. She keeps records updated and issues contract papers. Within the team, she is responsible for post exchange formalities including deposit monies, HMLR searches, SDLT returns and dealing with queries from clients, agents and lawyers and also responds to queries from clients, agents and lawyers. Sally deals with post completion formalities including dealing with SDLT payments, registration and file closures. With a wealth of experience, Sally also assists in training paralegals within my department.

Sally is a mother of one son and she has three grandchildren. She enjoys live music events and discovering new bands. Sally also loves reading, with her favourite author being Charles Dickens. She enjoys travelling and has been lucky enough to travel around the world solo. Sally also volunteered for many years as a bereavement councillor following the death of her father.
