Sally Searle is a Senior Paralegal in the Boyes Turner’s Residential Conveyancing department.
As a focussed paralegal, Sally deals with file opening and ID matters on files. She keeps records updated and issues contract papers. Within the team, she is responsible for post exchange formalities including deposit monies, HMLR searches, SDLT returns and dealing with queries from clients, agents and lawyers and also responds to queries from clients, agents and lawyers. Sally deals with post completion formalities including dealing with SDLT payments, registration and file closures. With a wealth of experience, Sally also assists in training paralegals within the department.
