Lauren Hall is a Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Court of Protection team advising on deputyship and personal injury trust matters for vulnerable individuals and their families. She assists with the management of property and financial affairs for clients who lack capacity due to serious injury, illness or disability, helping to ensure their finances, care arrangements and long-term needs are managed effectively and in their best interests.

Lauren works closely with Deputies, clients and their families to support individuals who have sustained traumatic brain injuries and other life-changing conditions. Her work involves assisting with the management of clients’ financial affairs, including budgeting, payment of care and rehabilitation costs, managing adaptation projects, financial administration and the coordination of support alongside case managers, therapists and other professionals. She also advises lay deputies through all stages of deputyship matters, from the initial Court application through to the ongoing management and annual reporting requirements, helping families navigate what can often be a complex and unfamiliar process.
