Dani Pini

Daniela Pini is a Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Court of Protection team, advising on a wide range of financial, personal welfare and trust matters for individuals who lack capacity due to illness, injury or other vulnerabilities. Daniela works closely with clients, family members, carers and professional advisers to help ensure individuals receive the appropriate financial support, care and protection tailored to their needs and best interests.

Daniela works closely with Deputies, clients and their families to support individuals who have sustained traumatic brain injuries and other life-changing conditions. Her work involves assisting with the management of clients’ financial affairs, including budgeting, payment of care and rehabilitation costs, financial administration and the coordination of support alongside case managers, therapists and other professionals. She works closely with families, care providers and professionals to help secure appropriate care solutions that promote dignity, well being and quality of life. Her calm, compassionate and organised approach helps clients and their families feel supported and ensures that long term needs are managed effectively and their best interests.
