Thames Valley law firm Boyes Turner has advised Resonant Group on the acquisition of OPEN Health’s PR business. It will be renamed Anthem Public Relations and work alongside Resonant’s existing brands, Bedrock Healthcare Communications and Origins Insights.
The acquisition allows Resonant Group, a specialist in healthcare engagement, to expand its client offering. A multi-disciplinary team from Thames Valley firm Boyes Turner advised Resonant Group on the acquisition.
Chris Dobson, a corporate partner at Boyes Turner led the team.
