Derek Ching is a Consutant in Boyes Turner’s Development and House building team. Derek has over 30 years’ experience in handling a wide range of property, development and planning projects relating to sites across England and Wales.
He specialises in advising landowners, residential and commercial developers and funders on land development issues, including all aspects of site acquisitions and site assembly, secured lending to developers, environmental issues and planning law. He also has considerable experience of work for corporate occupiers and commercial property investors.
