Leading regional law firm Boyes Turner is expanding itsCourt of Protection (CoP) teamwith the appointment ofSue Bowler. Sue joins the 27-strong team as a Partner.
Prior to joining Boyes Turner, Sue was national head of the Court of Protection team at a national law firm. As a Partner and Leader in CoP work for over 20 years, Sue has acted as a Professional Deputy for many brain injured clients, both adults and children, and managed significant high value compensation awards. She has a specific expertise in financial abuse cases, made successful applications for care funding, overseen large care packages, purchased and adapted properties for clients with disabilities, been appointed as the Litigation Friend by the Court of Protection and made various stand-alone applications to the Court.
