Harjeet Nangla

Harjeet Nangla is a Senior Associate in  Boyes Turner’s Employment group. She advises on contentious and non-contentious matters for small to medium size businesses and larger corporate clients on all aspects of employment law and HR matters, including strategic HR support, restructures and redundancies, employment advice on mergers & acquisitions including disposals, senior management and executive board exits and employment litigation.  

Harjeet regularly assists with providing HR support on grievances and disciplinaries, TUPE considerations, redundancies and corporate transactions. She primarily acts for employer clients but equally has established experience representing senior executives. Harjeet focuses on providing practical solutions to client issues and works with businesses of all sizes.

Harjeet has expertise in dealing with day-to-day HR issues and larger strategic matters including TUPE and organisational change matters, advising businesses on the employment implications arising from mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements and business transfers. She works closely with employers to manage complex consultation processes, employee communications and workforce restructures, helping clients navigate legal obligations while minimising disruption, managing risk and where applicable, supporting smooth business transitions.
