Angela Hutson

Angela Hutson is a Conveyancing Executive in the Boyes Turner’s Development House Building. Angela is responsible for managing the sale of leasehold and freehold new homes. She oversees the entire plot sales process including liaising with the agents, site office and managing agents. Angela also assists with the transfer of the management function and communal areas of developments from the developer to the managing agent management company once all plot sales have completed.

Angela proactive approach, attention to detail, and clear communication help to keep all parties aligned, reduce delays, and maintain momentum across even the busiest development sites.

Beyond individual plot sales, Angela also assists with the wider estate management elements that accompany new‑build schemes. This includes overseeing the transfer of the freehold or common parts from the developer to the management company, followed by the eventual handover of the management company to the residents. Her understanding of the practical and legal complexities involved in these transitions ensures that developers are supported at every stage, from the early phases of a project through to its long‑term stewardship.
