Angela Hutson

Angela is a conveyancing executive responsible for managing the sale of leasehold and freehold new home for the Firm’s house building and housing association clients and will oversee the entire plot sale process including liaising with the agents, site office and managing agents. She also assists with the transfer of the management function and communal areas of developments from the developer to the managing agent/management company once all plot sales have completed.

Angela is a qualified paralegal with over 25 years experience of specialising in the sales of new homes known for her proactive approach. 

Angela is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is recommended in The Legal 500 as an “experienced paralegal dealing in plot sales”.
