Dani Pini

Daniela is a solicitor in our Court of Protection Team. She assists with the day to day management of financial and personal welfare matters, primarily for clients who lack capacity due to illness or injury.

Daniela is experienced in representing and advising vulnerable clients and their families in proceedings before the Court of Protection with issues relating to mental capacity, provision of care and deprivation of liberty.

Daniela is passionate about helping vulnerable people in dealing with issues that impact their daily life and finds it a privilege to be able to offer support and advice.
