As a Senior Paralegal in Boyes Turner’s highly respected Court of Protection team, Emma provides administrative support to Court of Protection Partner, Ruth Meyer, and an approachable and reassuring helping hand for the Court of Protection team’s clients and their families.
Emma uses her administrative skills to assist with Court of Protection and personal injury trust forms and paperwork, ranging from court forms and correspondence to spreadsheets for deputyship accounts. She is also a qualified Paralegal and member of the of the Institute of Paralegals.
Emma helps look after the team’s severely injured and mentally impaired clients’ banking, paying invoices, rent and carers, and completing benefit forms on their behalf. She enjoys the variety of this interesting and ever-changing field of work.
Emma’s interpersonal skills enable her to handle communications with estate agents, case managers and therapists, and liaise with clients and their families, for whom she is a caring ally, resolving queries and providing reassurance wherever she can.
Emma is a member of The Institute of Paralegals.
