Katarina is a Paralegal in Boyes Turner’s Court of Protection team, supporting professional deputies and clients in matters relating to the management of property and financial affairs for individuals who lack the mental capacity to make decisions for themselves.

She assists with a broad range of deputyship matters, helping to ensure that clients’ financial affairs are managed effectively and in their best interests. Her work includes preparing documentation and correspondence, liaising with clients, families, care providers and third parties, assisting with the day-to-day administration of deputyship files, and supporting the management of clients’ financial and personal affairs.

Katarina plays an important role in helping cases progress efficiently, providing practical support to both clients and deputies while ensuring matters are handled with care, professionalism and attention to detail. She understands that Court of Protection work often involves vulnerable individuals and their families during challenging circumstances and is committed to delivering a responsive, compassionate and client-focused service.
