Lauren is a Senior Associate-Solicitor in the Development and House Building team specialising in residential development including site acquisitions and disposals, development finance and land promotion. She acts for a variety of developers and private landowners, as well as having experience acting for lenders providing development finance.
Lauren acts on all elements of a development site, from acquisition to setting the site up for plot sales. This includes any overage arrangements, infrastructure & planning agreements, joint venture agreements, promotion agreements and financing.
Having an overview of the entire development lifecycle ensures continuity of service for the client, an in-depth level of knowledge of the site and the chance to build lasting relationships with her clients.
Lauren has quickly established a reputation amongst the property community for being personable, efficient, thorough, and accessible for clients and professional contacts alike.
Lauren has been recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500, as well as being a finalist for Young Property Person of the Year at the Thames Valley Awards 2022 and for the Rising Star award at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2022.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys walking her two dogs, Arlo & Henry and spending time in Cornwall.
