Martha Pollard

Martha works in the Commercial Property team as a Solicitor. Since qualifying Martha has developed her expertise in various areas of commercial property. Martha advises on a variety of matters including Leases, disposals and acquisitions and secured lending.

Martha continues to develop her expertise in all areas of commercial property, advising clients on the full lifecycle of a transaction. Since qualifying she has worked with a variety of clients, from sole traders to large multi-national companies. She prides herself on her ability to offer commercial advice to clients on how best to achieve the outcome they need. Martha has worked hard over her career to forge long lasting relationships with her clients that are built on mutual trust and respect. She also supports the partners in the team on variety on complex matters.

Martha brings to the team experience in secured lending as well as experience acting for charities on commercial property matters.

Outside of work Martha enjoys spending time with her friends (and their dogs) and can often be found heading south to join her family on the Cornish coastline.
