As a paralegal/secretary in Boyes Turner’s highly respected Court of Protection team Nadine draws on her extensive operational skills, as well as her vast medical administrative and secretarial experience to support partner, Ruth Meyer and her team with high value deputyships and private trust work. This ranges from preparing all types of applications to the Court of Protection, monitoring clients’ budgets, liaising with case managers and other external agencies, to collating tax information, supporting Ruth in completing annual deputyship accounts, liaising with IFA’s, drafting personal injury trusts and assisting in the purchase of properties and adapting them for the needs of the client.

Nadine’s proactive, calm, caring, client focused manner and her setting and responding to the needs of our clients as a priority, makes her ideal as a first point of contact for the Court of Protection team.

Nadine has a compassionate nature and vast experience across a wide variety of medical specialities including more recently, within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. These skills enables her to draw on her background of supporting vulnerable clients and their families.

Though Nadine has 28 years experience within the NHS the latter three have seen her utilising her operational and project management skills to support the setting up the Urgent Care/Rapid Response Service for Berkshire CAMHS. This was initially a pilot across West Berkshire and latterly the East of Berkshire.  Nadine was instrumental in bringing this pilot to successful commissioning as a full Berkshire wide service.

Nadine is a member of The Institute of Paralegals.
