Steph is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Development and House Building team.

She specialises in all matters concerning the residential development of land, including site acquisition and disposal, promotion agreements, overage arrangements, acting for borrowers and lenders on property and development finance matters, affordable housing sales, as well as planning and infrastructure agreements. 

Taking a lifecycle view of residential development sites, Steph advises on matters from site acquisition through to set up of eventual plot sales of the completed units and everything in between. She represents a variety of property developers, lenders and landowners.

Steph is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500.

Away from the office, Steph likes to bake, cycle and take her dog for walks.
