Court of protection
The team works with families and other professionals including Case Managers, Accountants, Independent Financial Advisers and Architects to provide a ‘joined up’ approach for clients.
Sue is an Associate Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Court of Protection team. Sue assists with the day to day management of high value deputyships, primarily for clients who lack capacity due to illness or injury.
Sue qualified as a Commercial Property solicitor in 2001 although took a career break in 2009. On a return to private practice in 2023, Sue was keen to expand her expertise and retrain with the Court of Protection team whilst bringing the benefit of her previous legal background.
Sue is a member of The Law Society and The Professional Deputies Forum.
Sue lives locally in Reading with her family, with both of her children attending local schools.
