Joe is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate team.
Joe qualified with a leading national firm in Manchester in 2020 and has experience advising clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, group re-organisations & MBOs, joint venture & shareholders’ agreements and general corporate governance matters.
Joe studied History at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2014, before obtaining his GDL from Cardiff University and completing the LPC at BPP Law School in Manchester.
Away from the office, Joe enjoys an active lifestyle and is a keen sports fan, with a particular interest in rugby union and cricket.
