Katie Harris is an Associate Solicitor in the firms Employment practice group. She provides strategic advice on all aspects of employment law to a broad range of clients from large global corporates, to charities, local SME’s and private individuals.

Katie has a particular interest and expertise in complex tribunal litigation, disability discrimination, and employment status issues including the application of IR35.  She also regularly advises on and assists with the employment aspects of corporate transactions and has successfully acted for both corporate and individual clients in relation to the enforcement of post-termination restrictive covenants.

Katie is recognised as a leading lawyer in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners Legal Directories, where she is described as ‘excellent’ and praised for her knowledgeable, straightforward and responsive approach.
