Mark has led the firm's Commercial and technology group since 2008. Specialising in technology law, he advises clients on strategic issues regarding the commercialisation of their products and services and has particular expertise in knowledge and information based sectors, including areas of outsourcing, licensing, and product and brand development and protection. He also leads the firm’s International and Foreign Direct Investment team, providing support to clients in their internationalisation.
Mark's clients range from companies in the technology and multi media sectors including both leading international Plcs such as ERP Software provider Infor, UK originating businesses such as the Trader Media Group, and owner managed businesses. He acts in an advisory capacity to a number of bodies including the Business School of the University of Reading.
Mark has recently been recognised in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame which highlights individuals who have received constant praise from their clients for continued excellence.
