Phil leads the firm's business support and insolvency team, and is widely regarded as one of the leading insolvency lawyers in the South East. He has over 26 years’ experience in dealing with the full range of insolvency assignments, both corporate and personal, and acts for Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, directors, shareholders, creditors, debtors and any other stakeholders requiring advice and assistance.
Phil has particular expertise in handling company administrations, the sale and purchase of distressed businesses, and Law of Property Act Receiverships. He has dealt with a wide range of businesses, based in the UK and overseas, from motor dealerships, tech companies, care homes, retail, leisure & hospitality, engineering and construction firms, to mining concessions and antiquarian book dealers.
