Richard Money-Kyrle

As a partner in Boyes Turner’s outstanding medical negligence team, Richard is a high value claimant medical negligence specialist whose expertise and leadership in this complex field of law has been recognised by the major legal directories for over ten years.

An extraordinarily empathetic lawyer, Richard is deeply committed to making a difference to the lives of severely injured patients and their families. He represents clients who have been brain-damaged resulting in cerebral palsy, tetraplegia and PVS, and disabled by spinal injuries, cauda equina and amputation. He acts for the dependent families of those whose lives have been shortened by undiagnosed cancer.

Richard’s gentle and compassionate manner with clients is combined with intellectually rigorous use of the legal process to secure early admissions of liability, substantial interim payments and maximum compensation to provide his clients with rehabilitation, housing, education and care.
